The Fishkill Creek Artists Work and Live Lofts consists of 55 large apartment Lofts designed for the working artist or professional as a place to both live and work. The lofts offer an ample 1727 - 1830 Square Feet in living and working space. The work and live lofts offer new kitchens and baths and original maple flooring sanded and finished and exposed brick walls. New 12-foot-high windows span the exterior walls allowing light to stream into the loft area. The lofts use energy-saving technology wherever possible and all the appliances and lighting are environmentally friendly, and the units will have forced air heating and cooling.
